Pre-move survey

Based on your requirements, we recommend the best solution encompassing the shipment mode, insurance options, execution plan, and provide a comprehensive written quotation.

Specialist packing
Packing for an overseas move is a specialist skill. Our full packing service combines traditional skills with the latest packing materials, to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings.

Safe, secured storage
If your goods need to be stored before dispatch, we offer secured modern facilities where they are stored in wooden storage boxes or steel containers. Our facilities are manned by trained personnel.

Ideal shipment mode
Various options are available depending on your needs. Our moving consultant will assist you in choosing the right mode. 

Sea freight
Full Container Load (FCL) shipment
After export packing, your shipment will be loaded into a dedicated steel shipping container. Where access allows, it will be loaded and closed at your residence before being returned to the port of exit for loading on the next available vessel to your destination country
Less than Full Container Load (LCL) shipments
When FCL shipment is not cost-effective, your shipment can be moved by LCL where the goods are loaded into a purpose-built wooden shipping case at our warehouse. This will then be loaded inside a steel shipping container and sent to your final destination.

Groupage shipments
For popular worldwide destinations, a shared use container service is the most economical answer. Several shipments heading to the same destination are consolidated and loaded into a shipping container. This suits customers with flexible moving/delivery dates and smaller shipments.

Air freight
While generally more expensive than sea freight, it is worth considering sending a small shipment of essential items before your sea shipment is dispatched, or if you only have a relatively small shipment to send.

Insure your possessions
Although we take every possible precaution during packing, we strongly recommend that you protect your possessions while they are in transit. We have negotiated a comprehensive, door-to-door marine transit insurance package with one of the industry’s leading insurers for all air and sea shipments.
