The luxury five-star tower will feature 247 hotel rooms and suites, 221 one and two-bedroom hotel apartments and 33 four-bedroom hotel apartments, all with private pools.
Standing at 800ft, FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai, is the second of the companies hospitality and residential projects and will have 200-degree views of Dubai. It is due to complete before the end of this year.
There will be restaurants and Bars inside but nothing had been announced as yet. However if it's anything like the Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai's offering, then JVC is in for a real treat.
