The 14-storey luxury apartment hotel opened its doors on 28 December, 2019, with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting.
The 124 units, include studio apartments, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites.
The project is the second completed as part of the Giovanni Suite Collection, which is a development of four boutique apartment hotels named after the Italian cities of Milan, Rome, Naples, and Venice.
Milano comprises a pizzeria, a swimming pool, an outdoor sauna, steam rooms, and gym facilities.
